  • There are everyday steps you and your loved ones can take to help protect yourselves against infection from flu viruses, and there are steps you should take if you become infected.   • Go to Flu.gov for the latest on H1N1 and seasonal flu. The site contains excellent planning tools for schools and families, including a flu shot locator.
  • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tracking the spread of H1N1 in the U.S. The CDC's website has useful information regarding vaccine availability and safety, H1N1 prevention, and flu diagnosis and treatment.
